Shipping Info

Except for preorders, we almost always ship merchandise within 1 week, usually in 3 business days or less depending on the order volume. Check below for how long it takes in transit.

We are based in Tucson, AZ in the United States, and all of our packages ship through USPS and UPS.

If your order comes back 'return to sender', we will either refund the cost of the item minus shipping, or you can pay to have it re-shipped.

Domestic Shipping (US)

  • UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air: Usually overnight or the day after, depending on when the order was placed.
    • Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends. For example, a Next Day Air order placed on a Friday will not arrive before the following Monday.
  • Priority: Usually 2-3 business days in transit.
  • First-Class: Usually 3-5 business days in transit.

International Shipping

  • FedEx International Priority or Economy: Usually 2-7 business days in transit.
  • USPS ePacket or IPA: Usually 2-6 weeks in transit.

All transit times are our typical speed and subject to potential delays by the courier. If you live farther away from Arizona and/or in a remote rural community, expect longer shipping times.
