Just the two-headed baby, nothing else. At least on the front. In the back it says “Double Fine” up by the neck, so you can cover it up with your mullet if you like. But in the front it’s just the babies in their natural skin tone: NEON GREEN. This shirt looks BAD ASS and is ten times as good as the orange version. Fabric is 100% cotton and 100% black! Comes in men's and women's cuts. Women I know have told me that if you order the ladies shirt you should order it one size bigger than you normally do because it runs small, and not because they think you’re fat.
